Yesterday, Samsung Electronics unveiled its first ever commercial Cinema LED Screen in Korea. "Through sharper and more realistic colors, complementary audio and an elevated presentation," the next-generation picture quality creates a more captivating and vibrant experience comparing to traditional standard cinema projectors. Also offering a peak brightness nearly 10 times greater than cinema projectors.
Samsung also partnered with a brand-new, "state-of-the-art" sound system from the collaboration between Harman Professional Solutions and Samsung Audio Lab, not only that, the massive speakers that will deliver a surround-sound experience will be using JBL's proprietary technology.
This Cinema LED technology will be launching in the U.S., China, Europe, and Southeast Asia. By 2020, Samsung is optimistic that it will be installed in 10 percent of cinemas around the globe.
